Location: Coalville, Leicestershire
Salary: £26,520 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)

We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our clients team in Coalville. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across our warehouse, performing a variety of tasks to support the freight forwarding process. Whether you're lifting and handling various items, assisting in goods in and out, or ensuring the warehouse runs efficiently, you will have the chance to take on multiple responsibilities. our client is a leading company, known for their state-of-the-art facilities and commitment to providing excellent service. Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a range of items, ensuring goods are correctly stored, picked, and packed

• Lifting and moving products, ensuring manual handling standards are met

• Supporting the smooth operation of the warehouse on a day-to-day basis

• Assisting with stock control and inventory management

• Being confident in operating different parts of the warehouse and working independently

• Adhering to safety guidelines and maintaining a clean, organised work environment

• (FLT licence is a benefit but not essential)

About You:

• You must be able to lift and handle a variety of products, ensuring that all manual handling guidelines are followed

• Previous warehouse experience is ideal, but not essential

• An FLT license is a benefit but not required

• You should be confident in working across various areas of the warehouse

• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude are key to success in this role
